Employee Housing

Employees living in the options listed below should come to Human Resources upon moving in to sign a Payroll Deduction Agreement form.  Rent and utilities (if applicable) will be payroll deducted throughout the season.

Jackson Hole Apartments
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort reserves units for its employees with a local property management company, Jackson Hole Apartments.  These units come with basic furnishings (mattress, couch, chair, kitchen table, stove/oven, refrigerator) and are conveniently located near a grocery store, bus stop, movie theater, and downtown Jackson.

Deluxe Studio - 460 square feet
2 people: $525 per person per month
3 people: $350 per person per month

There is a $25 per person per pay period charge for utilities in addition to the above monthly rates.

HOW TO RESERVE:
Apartments are available on a first come, first served basis.  They are available to JHMR employees only.

Once you have decided to live in one of these units, please have the following information available before contacting us:

1.) Who you would like to live with (Names and email addresses for each person)
2.) Each roommate's department they have been hired to work in
3.) Each roommate's move-in date and expected move-out date
4.) Your apartment preference
5.) Please indicate if you would like to live with a significant other as a couple

Please email Nicola at nicolaj@jacksonhole.com with the above information.  Based on the number of people listed in your email, we will do our best to place you in an appropriately sized apartment.  We can not guarantee that this is always possible, though we will try to accommodate all requests.

After you have emailed this information and an apartment has been confirmed with you, JHMR will hold that apartment for 10 days until we receive a security deposit from each roommate.  If the full deposit is not received within those 10 days, the apartment may be released to another employee.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

    *All tenants must pay $600 for a security deposit. 
    *Jackson Hole Mountain Resort must receive a security deposits from each roommate within 10 days of your confirmation of a unit in order to secure an apartment.
   
The following payment methods are acceptable:
    *Wire transfer direct from bank - JHMR account information available upon request.
    *Check or money order (in US Dollars) made out to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, indicating who the check is from and mailed to:

      Teton Village, WY 83025 **

PLEASE NOTE: All payments must be made in US Dollars**
**If mailing from abroad, we highly recommend registered mail.**

WHAT TO BRING
**All items are available to be purchased upon arriving to Jackson but if you would like to bring anything from home, we recommend the following items:

    *Linens including sheets, blankets, pillows, & towels
    *Silverware, dishes, cups and cooking utensils.

ADDITIONAL HOUSING

Local hotels offer weekly or monthly rentals throughout the winter season. Please contact hotels directly.
