The valley of Jackson Hole has over 56 miles of paved pathways that link the town of Jackson to Teton Village and Grand Teton National Park, and over 115 miles of mountain bike trails. Whatever style of riding – it is available – and often on un-crowded trails with breathtakingly scenic views. From flat, paved pathways to steep single track, the valley has an astonishing variety in the trail system. With the same type of variety in lodging options, dining, après bike activities, and free outdoor concerts, Jackson Hole is truly the perfect biking destination. E-Bikes/Pathway Bikes
With over 56 miles of paved pathways that link the town of Jackson to Teton Village and Grand Teton National Park, you’ve got a lot of ground to cover. With an electric bike, this feat will be a lot more attainable and allow you to save some of your energy so you can get off your bike to explore Grand Teton National Park or participate in the thrilling activities offered in Teton Village. E-Bikes are available to rent or buy from Hoback Sports (10am - 6pm) and Teton Village Sports (8am - 5pm).
One-Way Bike Rentals
Pathway, E-Bike, and road bike rentals can include a complimentary one-way bus pass for the START bus and bike rentals can be returned to the town of Jackson at Hoback Sports or in Teton Village at Teton Village Sports, depending on where you start your ride. This complimentary bus pass will provide you the opportunity to ride wherever you'd like along the pathways and return at your leisure. Inquire at TVS or Hoback Sports upon picking up your rental bike for your bus ticket.
Road Biking
The Jackson Hole Community Pathway system allows visitors and locals alike to travel around the valley car-free linking the town of Jackson, town of Wilson, Teton Village, and Grand Teton National Park. GTNP has more miles of separated pathways for cycling and walking than any other national park in the United States. The multi-use pathway in Grand Teton National Park opened to the public in 2009 and now has been expanded from Jenny Lake 30-some miles south back to the town of Jackson. These pathways link up with existing and future pathways in the Town of Jackson, all the way out to us here in Teton Village. An incredible bridge spanning the Snake River is dedicated solely as a pathway.
For the earnest road biker looking to gain some serious vertical and put in big mileage, try going “Around the Block.” This route takes riders on a 100-plus mile loop west over Teton Pass, south on Pine Creek Pass, and back around north through the Snake River Canyon. This grueling, yet beautiful ride is definitely a bucket list ride for any serious rider.
Cross Country Mountain Biking
Jackson Hole's cross-country biking trail system extends all across the valley, allowing for all-day adventure rides or easy short ones. The greater Snow King area trails, including the Cache Creek drainage, are home to many great mountain bike trails that conveniently start right in town. Test your legs and lungs as you ascend the Ferrin's Trail (more than 1,200 vertical feet in a shady switchback trail) to the summit of the ridge overlooking town and the entire Teton Range. Trails like Putt Putt, Hagen's and the Sidewalk are great rides with less elevation change, also easily accessed from town. For an extended ride, head up the Cache Creek Road and onto the Game Creek Trail. This popular ride called appropriately "Cache to Game," completes a fantastic 20-some-mile loop that can start and finish in town.
Jackson Hole Bike Park
The Jackson Hole Bike Park is the new hot spot for biking in the Tetons! New this year, ride the Sweetwater Gondola up 1,276' vertical feet with your bike to ride down on one of our 3 new trails. Options abound for every level including novice trails for the uninitiated as well as eye-opening advanced trails and jump tracks. Sail over tabletops, flow around corners, and then catch the Teewinot lift or Sweetwater Gondola for a 5-minute ride back to the top.
Adaptive Biking
We offer biking experiences for all levels of challenge, and the equipment for your adaptive biking needs. Our adaptive bike guides will customize a riding experience from pathway biking to biking in our world class downhill bike park. In partnership with Teton Adaptive, we offer a full range adaptive off-road recumbents/handcycles included in your lesson.

Weekly Women's Mountain Bike Clinics at Jackson Hole
If you're keen to build skills on your mountain bike and meet other like-minded women in the process, JH Sports' brand-new weekly women's downhill mountain bike clinic is just for you! Ladies' Laps are small group-focused clinics designed with personalized coaching in mind to prioritize building skills and confidence on your bike. BICP certified guides will rotate through four different skill sets, focusing on one specific skill per session. Clinic skills include: Roots and Rocks, Cornering, Jumps and Drops, and Steep Descents.

Ladies' Laps creates a space for ladies aged 18+ to enhance their downhill bike skills and meet other lady bikers in the community. Basic bike skills are recommended as these clinics are designed to enhance skills and build on basics. Ladies' Laps makes the most of the 2-hour bike park session every Thursday with lift-access small group instruction (max 5 people) where personal coaching is a focus. Meet female bikers who share a passion for outdoor thrills and walk away with the skills needed to tackle more technical riding.
