Lift Tickets
Guests can cancel up to 7 days before their arrival for a full refund by calling Guest Services at 1-888-DEEP-SNO. Cancellations within 7 days of the ticket date will require documented extenuating circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by emailing Guest Services at customerservice@jacksonhole.com. The Golden Ticket has the same cancelation policy.
JHMR Season Passes
Season passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Refunds are issued when injury restricts skiing for a minimum of 1 month of the season. In such cases a refund will be issued only after the pass is turned in with an original medical note signed by a physician, stating the expected length of recovery. The amount of refund will be pro-rated based upon date, less a $100 administrative fee per pass.
A request for a refund must be received by the Season Pass Office within 30 days of the injury or by April 13, 2025. Documents can be emailed to seasonpass@jacksonhole.com, or mailed to Ticketing Services, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, P.O. Box 290, Teton Village, WY 83025. In rare cases that major lifts are closed, the JHMR Snow check policy may become effective. Refunds are not given. However, depending on which pass is affected and the policy for that day, a ski day may be credited to your pass. Snow checks are not given for Peak Passes, Grand Passes, Grand ByPasses, or Midweek Bypasses.
Ikon & Mountain Collective Passes
Reservations can be canceled through your Ikon account any time before 11:00 am Mountain Time the day the reservation is for.
Refund requests for the entire pass must go through Ikon.

Reservations for free days can be canceled any time before 11:00 am Mountain Time the day the reservation is for. Reservations for 50% off tickets must be requested at least 7 days before the start date by calling 1-888-DEEP-SNO.

Lessons
The same policy applies to all lesson types (private, group, full-day, half-day, etc.).
Guests can cancel without penalty if more than 24 hours’ notice is given.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

Please consider canceling as soon as you know you will not be able to take the lesson. Our instructors only earn money when they work, and it is difficult to reschedule them from last minute cancelations.
Rentals
A 100% refund will be issued if requested with at least 24 hours' notice by calling 1-888-DEEP-SNO.
Kids Seasonal Programs
A 100% refund is offered any time until the program start date by calling 877-590-2490. After the program starts, there will not be any refunds issued.
Multi-Day Camps
30+ days in advance: 100% refund
Within 30 days: 50% refund
No refunds are issued within 72 hours.
